Applied via LinkedIn and got a mail for 1st Round of interview (HR) within 2 weeks. 1st Interview went really well with general HR questions and past experience.
Then they gave me a case study to solve in 1 Day.
In the 2nd round of interview, I had to explain my solution to the case study to one of the senior teams members.
3rd Round- Had a discussion with one of the co-founders of the company where she asked me about my past experience, projects, why am I looking for other opportunities and salary expectations.
4th Round- Well this round never happened from their end. They set up a meeting on Tuesday which I told them to move due to Saturday due to my office schedule. On Saturday- just 5 mins before the meeting I get a mail from the Head of HR that she won't be able to join and that we should connect on Sunday same time. I was ok with it and replied sure.
On Sunday I again went to the meeting and there was no attendance from their end and this time there was no mail/reason from their end. I was in the meeting room for 20 mins and no one came.
They mailed me the next day(Monday) at 11AM that they were sorry and rescheduled the meeting to 12PM Monday. I accepted the meeting at 11.25 and went on to attend the meeting at 12, but again no one came from their side even after waiting for 25 mins.
Frustrated me, I mailed the HR that this was very unprofessional and I have not heard back from them yet.
