Not intimidating. The staff was very easy to talk to. The atmosphere was chilled. The staff appeared to be friendly. There was 2-3 people interviewing me. I felt heard and welcomed.

Several in person screenings, the goal was definitely to make sure I was safe and then move on. Kind of slow be patient. People are definitely needed and I felt the pressure to start soon.
