After first screening interview I was asked an exercise: rebrand three of their online local newspapers and create the first card. I’m employed, so I worked until 10pm every day for a week and presented the job Friday at 8am. The second interview seemed good, they complimented the quality of the work done. They promised to come back to me but I was ghosted.
