I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reach-U in Feb 2023
Interview
A week after sending my application had an interview with HR person and two senior/lead developers. I felt like it went reasonable well and they sparked more interest in me towards the job than I had had initially. They promised a feedback in next week. But the next week they told that they need to delay the feedback for another week. One more week passed, and then out of the blue they sent me a take-home assignment. The assignment was very vague in nature. I think it was the most open-ended assignment I've ever seen. I responded that I'm not willing to do this assignment (I always reject take-home assignments) and proposed a few alternative approaches for assessing my skills. I would have expected to at least get a response like "no", but instead I only received the silent treatment. Not cool.
