I applied online. I interviewed at Reading Partners (New York, NY) in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview began with a phone screen, wherein I just answered some general questions. Next was the longer 90minute interview with 2 staff members. Here we focused on my two most recent professional experiences. The last round was a competency round where we focused on the orgs core competencies such as project management, communication etc. around how I found out about the job, what are my career goals, salary expectations etc.

Question 1
What are some areas of success/achievement and lessons learned?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reading Partners in Oct 2024
Interview
Pretty simple and straightforward! First round was a recruiter phone call. Second round was with the hiring manager, and the 3rd round was with the executive director and someone on the team.

Question 1
Tell me a time when you ran into a conflict and how did you resolve it?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reading Partners in Feb 2023
Interview
Phone screening w/ HR type person 2nd round - Zoom interview w/ 2 superiors I didn't make it to the 3rd round, but was told that would have been a 4-person Zoom interview with potential colleagues Phone screening was simple & upbeat, but 2nd round was quite awkard - uninterested & unfriendly interviewers. Some questions were about behavioral things or managerial style - easy enough -but some seemed more geared toward exec director level & seemed out of the scope of the position. I knew through this interview & bc of the attitude of the interviewers I was uninterested in proceeding in the process. Even after a follow-up thank you, no one in the company responded - not even a form email to tell me I hadn't progressed. This org has a great mission and maybe the interviewers were just having a bad day, but I didn't feel they respected my time as an interviewee.
