The first part of the interview was a personality and skills test. It was timed and there were two parts. Next, I had a one on one interview with the GSM. Following that, I interviewed with the Managing director and General Sales Manager together.

First there was a phone interview, about an hour. Then I did on online test that took me about 1/2 hour. there were questions about how I'd handle situations, and also some math aptitude on the online test. When I came in for my interview, I took what seemed like an aptitude test. The in person interview was with two managers and lasted about an hour..

Met three different people, three interviews. Took an initial test online and then a few tests at the company (one was personality type test and the other seemed like basic math). They asked me questions about how I'd handle different client situations. Seems like they tried to know my sales philosophy.

What did your past managers like about working with you? and what were their challenges?
Wasn't very professional. Interview conducted in a creepy room. There were mouse traps. Location was very inconvenient. I wasn't impressed with the overall vibe I got from being there. I don't have any thing else to say so I will just fill in the space so that it will let me submit this form.

HI. We're so sorry that your experience wasn't a positive one. I'm wondering if perhaps this interview happened a long time ago? The Reagan Austin sales office is only two years old, very light and bright, with no "creepy rooms" or "mousetraps". We have a gym and state of the art office facility. Perhaps this interview happened many years ago, when we were in an older building, prior to moving? If so, we'd agree... that building was pretty awful and we're so happy to have moved.
