Initially interviewed with Real Staffing rep as screening to verify qualifications for the position. I was contacted for this position .After being qualified, I interviewed with the client. This was at the client's business .I interviewed with three panels .The first panel included five product leads. The second panel included three IT personnel. The final interview was with the Director. All interviews were Condi on the same day and the process lasted approximately three hours .
