I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RealPage (Richardson, TX) in Feb 2018
Interview
Applied online via LinkedIn, contacted by corporate recruiter 2 weeks later for a phone interview. Spoke to recruiter and was advised a phone interview with the hiring manager would be scheduled for the same week. After that interview scheduled for an on site interview with only hiring manager. All interviewers were nice and answered all questions with ease. Very nice facility, company seems employee friendly.
No lapse in process, questions asked were asked to determine team fit and experience. Seem to look for skillset vs. direct industry experience.
Contacted within 7 days with an offer, waiting on start date. Company performs background check.
1. Phone screening with Human Resources/Talent Acquisition, 2. Director (hiring manager) 3. VP (hiring managers boss), 4. GM of collaborating team, 5. Offer accepted 6. Started 2 weeks later. I need 30 words so I typed this.
Initial interview - for the backgrund check

Final interview
They are very thorough with everything. The interviewer was nice though. I was able to make the cut.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at RealPage (Texas City, TX) in Mar 2023
Interview
Pre-interview screening was very professional and I enjoyed speaking with the HR representative. Interview consisted of a manager drawing pictures on camera and never looking up. I could see the picture drawing. Seemed rather unprofessional.
