My resume got me past the recruiter (who I'd spoken to once before about a different role). I then had a 30 min. zoom with who would be my direct supervisor which went very well. I was contacted 30 min after that wonderful interview for another half hour zoom with the other hiring manager. That interview was not as pleasant from the onset. The interviewer hadn't read my resume correctly thinking I had much less industry experience than I actually had. I then followed up the following week and was told that they would be making decisions in the "next few weeks". They then kept me on the hook for over a month with no correspondence. When I contacted the employee who I had the initial interview with to ask if I was still being considered, she didn't respond and kicked it back to the recruiter who sent a stock email notifying me that I hadn't gotten the role. The employees I interfaced with were pleasant although the recruiter has short, typo laden replies which made me feel like I wasn't being taken seriously. I wasn't offered a role with this company after applying to 3 different positions I was more than qualified for and having 2 different senior level employee referrals. I'm not sure what else one has to do to be considered here. My time and interest didn't seem to be respected by those conducting the process.
