First had screening then interview. Went over resume. Questions like why RealPage then about how to approach prospect and NOI. Afterwards 3 recordings doing role play. Knowing property management industry is helpful.

What are revenue generators for multi family homes
The recruiter reached out to me and asked for my availability for the phone screen interview, after I responded back with my availability, the recruiter responded back the next day at 5pm apologizing that she was busy and asked for new availability, I responded back right away with my availability and then she responded back to me again next day after 5pm and asked for my next availability….we did that like three days in a row and after that she just ghosted me until now which has been 2.5 weeks…never get to first phone screen interview.

Interview
There was a phone screen followed by an in-person interview and then a final interview online. I was asked basic interview questions about my personality and past experiences. Overall, it was pretty normal.
