I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RealtyMogul in Jun 2022
Interview
Standard multi-round with take-home case. Phone screener with recruiter, met with head of product, CTO, and CMO. The questions became more technical as I went through, particularly from the CTO who was trying to gauge if I had the ability to conduct business analytics and give data-driven insights to the marketing team.
I applied online. I interviewed at RealtyMogul in Aug 2023
Interview
There are 5-6 interviews in the process as mentioned by the recruiter and an assessment. The assessment involves coming up with product strategy for their core product i.e. Real estate marketplace that is their whole business and this is just 1 out of 3 parts of the assessment and they expect you to do it for a job that's paying under market value. The hiring manager also just talked about new big ideas he has in his head about developing in the product but couldn't clearly define the role or why are they actually hiring this product manager.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1

Interview
There’s like 6 steps to the interview, which is excessive for a role that’s paying below industry standard.
It’s definitely on the more difficult side. There’s like two pre-screens and a take home test.
