Erg fijne sollicitatie procedure. Het was niet heel erg formeel, en ik voelde mij op mijn gemak. Het is belangrijk dat je je antwoorden goed structureerd, daar letten ze veel op.

Was contacted by recruiter - asked to call them for more info. Without knowing much about the role, I was asked to describe my current role and experience in the field. It felt like I was expected to sell myself to the recruiter instead of learning about the company and role they had contacted me for in the first place. It felt very ad-hoc and upside down, almost rude. I didn't hear from them in ages after.
