      Site Manager Interview

      30 Jun 2017
      Anonymous employee
      San Jose, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Recess 101 (San Jose, CA)

      Interview

I had limited experience but a really good recommendation from someone working for the company. I lucked out because there was an immediate need for a new employee. As I remember: Email correspondence before an over the phone interview, then a few days later I shadowed other site managers with a regional manager, and then a final in person interview and a job offer. I think the process is slightly different for each person depending on experience and company needs.

      Question 1

What would you do if a child fell down on the playground? What would you do if....? Why do you want to work for the company?
