Interview
Phone call from recruiter then passed onto the line manager. Basic competency questions. They’re very keen to get you in quick but it’s difficult to get any promotions in the HR team
The interview was quite formal with structured questions that centred around competencies. ‘Give an example of a time you dealt with conflict at work’ etc. Only one interviewer initially who was very nice but professional, didn’t give much away or put me at my ease but I felt my answers were listened to.
