I applied online. I interviewed at Reckitt (London, England) in Sept 2020
Interview
I waited for over 2 months to get an outcome of the second interview. I received a rejection and no feedback. The interview itself was quite generic, not too difficult.
Overall, I was very pleased with how the interview process unfolded and came away feeling confident about my performance. The schedule included three distinct interview sessions—each dedicated to a different competency—along with a concise written assignment designed to showcase my analytical and communication skills. Throughout the day the interviewers maintained a warm, welcoming demeanor, quickly creating an atmosphere in which I felt comfortable sharing detailed examples from my experience. Their questions were well-structured and clear rather than overly technical or intentionally tricky, so I was able to focus on providing thoughtful, thorough answers without feeling unduly stressed.
