Interview
A pre-recorded video interview followed by a competency interview over teams which then progressed to a group interview also over teams. This will then lead to an in person assessment.
After doing a series of Cappfinity online assessments I was sent an invite for a video interview. It was a series of questions in an on-demand interview format. I didn't progress beyond that.
applied online which just involved submitting a cv, was then invited to a telephone interview with only lasted about 15mins. Interview was many competency based questions. The next stage is an assessment centre in Hull.
