Thank you for taking the time and effort to provide a review of the interview process. Our academy programme is in its infancy with Cohort Three due to start in December, so we are very keen (and open minded) to feedback to help us improve. It appears from your comments that it went in accordance with how we would hope, but perhaps there were things that we could have done differently or improved upon from your perspective. I would be grateful if you could provide any ideas or feedback that would have improved the process for you. This is obviously anonymous and I value the openness that this provides.
