Recurrent Ventures interview questions

Went through 4 rounds of interviews, completed a 4 hour writing test, then was told a decision would be made the next week. Then was told OOO time was delaying the process and would hear back the following week after that. Never heard back. Recruiter completed ghosted me, never received a thanks but no thanks email, or any feedback for a final candidate. Very, very frustrating and disappointing.

Basic interview experience and behavioral questions. Interviewer seemed very interested in the zoom call, raving about my skills and communication ability. Afterwards, I was completely ghosted, until I followed up several times to discover I was dropped from the process without explanation. Very disappointing process.
