Interview
é uma entrevista muito tranquila para conhecer a sua personalidade. Não vá esperando as perguntas padrão de entrevista de emprego. São feitas mais de uma entrevista com pessoas diferentes e todas seguem um mesmo padrão de bate-papo.

Interview
LONG PROCESS! DO NOT QUIT WHEREVER YOU'RE WORKING
Apply online, then subsequently do online tests you must pass.
Then online recorded interview hiring CCS will see in their inbox, if decent you will carry on in process.
Phone interview, very in-depth, mine was 1 hour. Asking you about yourself for culture fit primarily, and see if you meet their diversity requirements.
1st 1:1 meeting with CCS, asking you about your knowledge of Red Bull and how you know your local city.
2nd 1:1 you will be doing a presentation based on the primary sampling activities of Red Bull; study, working, partying, sports, stay fit. This may be confusing for some who have no knowledge of the company. More in depth questions,
3rd 1:1 presentation of your slide show, please do not be shy. Gain their trust here and be bold.
Phone call finally if they decide to hire you.
Very intensive with several rounds of tasks and interviews, personality test about 100 questions then interviews with your direct manager and regional manager. Not necessarily difficult, just a long process.

Interview
The interview process included two separate interviews with two different people. The interviews were mostly comprised of questions that would get to know how social and friendly you are as well as how you approach stressful situations. Being good at networking is key for this role and hiring managers make sure they are getting the right fit. A good first impression is also important. You will be out representing the brand everywhere you go. I got hired and it was probably the best job I've ever had to this day!
