Had to do a strength test, then culture test, then HireVue interview. From there were Phone call with HR recruiter and Position manager, then final round was flown out to Santa Monica to do a 2 day interview.

Interview
The preliminary interview is done through Hire Vue. The use of the platform is explained before the interview and there are practice questions to prepare before the real interview starts. It consist of 5 questions about yourself and your motivation to participate in the programme

Name and university that you are attending or that you attended.
Self recording video interview. Then took the wingfinder test. Then out to Red Bull headquarters for a wild interview full of challenges and games. Very fun but challenging process. Great company and everyone along the process was supe down to earth and nice.
