Interview
First round of interviewing was online through HireVue. A series of 7 questions with 30 seconds to think and then 3 minutes to answer via webcam. Not a lot of details before hand on the job description or about the intern program to help prepare. Questions started off a behavioral - strenghths/weaknesses, biggest accomplishment to date. Ladder questions asked about experiences in the music industry and understanding of current music trends.

The interview process was conducting using an online platform called HireVue. Unlike some other companies, Red Bull generously allowed applicants unlimited preparation time to prepare for the digital video questions, which was quite helpful. I also enjoyed the interview questions, as they seemed appropriate and interesting.

HireView online async interview. First they have an interactive video to introduce the process and the company. There were 5 questions with 1 retake / refilm on each question. They asked generic personality and experience questions.

After applying online and taking their personality assessment I got an email asking me to complete a recorded interview. They asked about seven questions in total. You see the question and then have a time limit to answer the question in. You only get one attempt and then the question is submitted.
