Applied online, was asked to fill an online 'personality' quizz within 1 week, then had the opportunity to have a video-meeting 100% automatized. I haven’t had any human contact during the two stages of the selection process. Recording myself alone while answering questions was very unsettling. The questions weren’t really focused on skills or the role itself, but more on a way of seeing life.
