Red Dot Building Systems interview questions

My experience with the interview process lacked professionalism and clear communication. The process began with the recruiter misspelling my name and providing unclear details about next steps. In one email, I was told another individual would be calling me, but no title, last name, or explanation of their role was included, requiring me to follow up for clarification. After about a month, I was invited to meet with a broader team. Early in the conversation, I was asked why I live where I do, followed by a comment questioning why anyone would want to live there, which felt unnecessary in a professional setting. During the panel, one interviewer appeared to be on their phone while another was focused on their laptop, creating an impression of disengagement. Less than 24 hours later, I received a generic rejection email that was not addressed to me and thanked me for my “application,” despite having completed multiple interviews. Overall, the process felt disorganized and did not reflect a strong candidate experience.
