They do a quick 15 min group interview to start. Then they call you back for an on site interview at an "event"--- marketing/selling a product for one of their clients in a Sams club/Kroger. You get to see what they do at their events, and do another group interview.

Question 1
Normal questions. Since its in a group you need to try to stand out, and talk to the most. I would advise being social with the other applicants.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Red Globe Group
Interview
3 step interview process, but let me start by saying SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!! This is a pyramid scheme through and through. Through research of my own, I found out that this company is a branch off of BOOM Marketing in San Diego which is a branch of Smart Circle. Go read the reviews about smart circle to really understand this place.
They promised me a marketing/social media job, which he seemed to confirm in the first session of the interview process. It was a 15 minute "get to know you" session. He said what would I like to be doing and I said the marketing for companies. He didn't say that their company doesn't do social media.
Got invited back for the second round. We met at a Sam's Club and he had me watch him hand our samples for 10 minutes then said "This is what you will be doing, but with hard work you can be moved up to a manager." I asked how long that typically took and he said it depends on how hard I worked. Hours were 7:30 am - 6 pm everyday for $8 a hour. You're not working all that time, but you're on call, so it's not like you're making a crazy amount of overtime or anything.
I saw the company for the scam it was and declined their invitation to the third round. So if you want to hand out samples at a Sam's Club with "promise" of a manager position, then go ahead. But honestly, it's probably not coming.
