Interviewing took over three months for three different positions. Began with phone screens each time. I worked with 3 different recruiters, each excited that I was a great candidate and a huge possible hire. Multiple conversations with recruiters in between phone screens and the on-site interviews. Long lag time time receiving communication on position status after interviews.
Each position was filled by internal candidates. After each interview episode, the message relayed from recruiter would be that an internal candidate was selected. Three times recruiters would relay there was another position they would like for me to apply for and the cycle would start again.
The last communication I had with a recruiter was in regards to the 3rd position applied for where I was not selected but an internal candidate was chosen. I did not engage in further conversation with any recruiters pertaining to any other available positions going forward after the 3rd attempt.
