I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Red Hat in Apr 2018
Interview
Overall I am happy with the whole interview process. Information was quickly communicated, there was flexibility of dates and times when we could do the interviews and we did them remotely so I did not have to take time off or incur cost for them.
Being a serious position I understand that one needs to be vetted across the organization to come in so having around 10 interviews is what I hear normal :)
