I had a phone interview with the talent acquisition team, and the TA was satisfied with my candidacy. By the end of the call, she sent me the assessment documents, and it's an extensive document to work on. After submitting the assessment, there is no response from the TA, which is very unprofessional by the way, especially taking the candidate's time as their advantage.

How do you work with multiple deadlines? They are not going to ask any innovative questions; it's the routine textbook questions, but the attitude of these companies is their downfall.
Was invited to HR interview and was told of steps for next round. However was GHOSTED by HR despite numerous attempts to follow up via email. Highly unprofessional and looks badly on the company unfortunately.

I was contacted by HR and asked to complete an assignment as part of the next stage of the hiring process. It was a very time-consuming assignment, and I spent an entire week working on it. I was informed that it typically takes 2–3 weeks for them to get back to candidates, but it has now been more than TWO MONTHS.
Since then, I have received no response to my emails, office phone calls, or mobile messages. Being completely GHOSTED after investing such a significant amount of time and effort is highly unprofessional and inconsiderate, especially while I continue to see the position being reposted on LinkedIn.
