I had to tell Human Resources person that she scheduled my interview for the wrong time right after we discussed it. When I would ask email her for questions during the onboarding process, she never knew the answer to simple questions.

It was done via zoom. wonderful people made the process comfortable easing my anxiety. Due to Covid-19 it was done via zoom with a panel. They were friendly and communicated well.
