I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Fort Mill, SC) in Aug 2014
Interview
Had brief phone interview, then face-to-face with two team leaders, and a tour around headquarters. Enjoyed the tour, and first orientation was awesome. Love how Ric (the CEO) acts like one of the average joes, and with every orientation he places a bet for a small treat for everyone, if he misses the basket in the basketball court (by his design). Course, he wins (such a sharpshooter, nothing but net). Love all the amenities based on the work hard, play harder mentality.... especially the bowling alley in RV3. The food provided and games to make extra money were awesome incentives to work harder, and exceed your metrics (making higher commissions as well). Miss my friends there, but need to move on, and grow with an organization that doesn't have a glass ceiling.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about out-of-the-box, unconventional thinking to work around push back, and how well do I adapt to change. How would I utilize my skillset to demonstrate how to reduce customer hesitation?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC) in Dec 2021
Interview
First round was an initial interview with HR just to walk through my resume and background. Second round was with the hiring manager so that we could discuss the open position and my background. Then the third and fourth rounds were with members of the team just so we could get to know each other and see if our personalities meshed.

Question 1
Tell me a little bit about your background? Roles/responsibilities?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2021
Interview
Organized, thorough, pleasant. Consisted of 4 rounds with the final round, a 2 hour process with different team members. Definitely do your research on RV & the culture & of course the role you’re interviewing. Be yourself.
It was fine. Looks like a cool place to work, not your typical office setting. Great campus with plenty of opportunity for growth. A friend works there and really enjoys it.
