I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures in Feb 2010
Interview
Had three phone interviews which all asked standard questions about Why Red Ventures, why marketing, behavioral questions, resume overview, etc. Last phone interview was with co-founder.
They decided to bring me into office and flew me down and got me hotel near the office. The interview day consisted of around 6 ~30 minute interviews, lunch with a Senior VP, and an excel case where I had to analyze sales center data and do fairly straight forward calculations. Several of the interviews featured mental math or percentage questions concerning conversion and response rate. Last interview of day had 10 minute probability case question. The day went from 9 - 3PM.
I was then asked to come back to Red Ventures again for same process. Had 10 minute case question in morning that was typical type of problem red ventures faces concerning sales data. This time around spent more time with analysts and got to ask them about their experience/roles. Interview process definitely stresses fit with company and quantitative skills. It is a long process but overall lets you get very clear image of Red Ventures which is important because it is a unique company.
It started with a phone screening, then 2 or 3 interviews (back to back which took a couple hours to get through), then I had a hiring manager interview and I finished off with an interview with my industry lead

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures
Interview
4 round process - HR Screen, take home challenge, technical day, and senior interview
Overall, a very time consuming process, and in the end I was not offered a position and told that they could not give any feedback on why.
Good interview Process. The first phone screening interview was good, the technical was a bit hard, wish I got some sort of feedback. other than that it was good. all the people i talked to seemed nice and friendly and good at their job.
