It was a 30 minute call. First part of the call was a general idea of what Red Ventures is and what they do. Additionally, the interviewer asks you several behavioral questions. She asks about you passions and what you enjoy to do as a hobby. Lastly, they just ask you something about yourself.

Interview
Phone screen, take home case study, 4 hours of super day. After the 4 hours of super day that is consist of multiple case studies, I coudln't pass the stage and information was not shared.
Lengthy but informative interview process including 4 main stages. Phone interview, case analyses, and final 30 minute interview with exec. All team members very helpful and transparent about their experiences. Worth the time and process.

the interviewer was very friendly and nice. However, I was not accepted for the job and wasn't given any feedback on what I could do better next time. I asked but apparently, it's against company policy.
