      Interview

Straight forward and open process, they were very visible with the stages and what to expect next. Really lovely people and having senior stakeholders within the business be a part of the process was great to see.

      Account Manager Interview

      6 Dec 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Crewe, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at RedEye (Crewe, England) in Oct 2016

      Interview

Telephone interview with talent acquisition specialist all went very well was invited to a formal interview at their crewe offices and to do a presentation. Was told I would hear from them within 48 hours didn't hear anything contacted them for feedback after 5 days was told I would hear in another 2 weeks time as they had another interview to do, waited a total of 7 weeks with no contact and have now seen that the position is being advertised again. Disappointed with the process it would have been good to have had some feedback and even the knock back call! Seemed like the perfect company and I was truly impressed with what they had to offer but the lack of contact prior to interview is very poor and off putting.
