Its "CTO", Matt Michels, is an immature kid. He asks stupid question and pretends to know what you say. Do not deal with this company. With such idiot "CTO", its business won't last long for sure.

Standard interview process- a couple reasonable web based exercises. Great experience all together. The main web exercise was straightforward and concise, and I got some great feedback from team members.
