Initial 30 min talk with recruiter, general questions, friendly and polite interviewer. After it was some delays in communication because of pandemic situation. No objections on recruiter communication. Second round, unexpectedly was system design interview, with very absent and definitely not in great mood guy. During the interview, I am expecting some interactions with interviewer, to have an understanding if I am moving in a right direction or not, it was complete silence, only answers to my questions. No questions from interviewer, once again total absence. Within 2 days rejection, with total ignorance on follow up email for having a detailed feedback. Generally speaking, technical interview, not friendly at all, literally, I have even mentioned several times about being nervous during interviews, no reaction, no encouragement, literally nothing. My overall experience is questionable for such company with 4.4 rating on Glassdoor.
