Met with the team and discussed the role. There were fairly easy questions and the team was friendly. The interview was focused on my previous experience and what I would do in the role.

Question 1
How would you convince a tough client to spend with us?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reddit (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process was both fast and long at the same time. While things moved quickly and were scheduled almost immediately, I interviewed with ~9 people including HR. This also included a pitch with a panel of 4-5 of the 9 people I had already interviewed with. It was a super intense interview overall, but I expected nothing less from a social media/tech company as it's become the norm. Everyone I met with was kind enough.

Question 1
Lots of situational questions - tell me about a time when you exceeded client expectations?
I applied online where a recruiter contacted me to do a phone screen with recruiter. After that I interviewed with the hiring manager and then did a mock pitch in front of a panel
