I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reddit (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2023
Interview
My interview experience was one for the books - seamless and positive thanks to the recruiters and team. Communication and transparency throughout the interview process was on point from the beginning to the end, and they moved me fairly quickly. I got a feel from the jump that the culture and people were amazing! Total of 5 rounds. Had an initial screening with the recruiter, followed by a 30 min call with the HM. Then, moved on to a panel round with 4 folks on the team and then a case study. Closed up the process with a final chat with the VP of the org.
