Round one conducted via Dartmouth partners straight forward, then another virtual interview then the assessment centre in London. Prepared candidate would do well, as nothing overly complicated was asked of us
First round with Dartmouth. Very basic questions about fundraising and placement agents. Superday is long with 4 interviews, cognitive assessment, and essay. One interview is more technical, while the others are mainly behavioral.

Interview
First is phone screening call with external recruiter, then a long first round interview (around 30min) asking motivation and competency questions, then a written assessment followed by final assessment centre
