I applied to the Marketing Content Strategist role on April 3rd. I went through the entire interview process, made it to the final round with the CMO, Mirna and I was completely ghosted by the marketing team. I was told I was one of 3-4 finalists for the position and in my final interview notes (sent by Mirna) it was stated I was to be informed of their final decision two weeks after my final interview date (March 11th). I wasn’t given an update until April 21st. That update came after I emailed them multiple times and sent a complaint to their HR team.
I emailed the Marketing Manager, Christina and Mirna to get an update on the hiring process weeks after my final interview only to be completely ignored by both of them. That’s incredibly unprofessional and very disheartening. As someone who made it to the final round I should’ve been informed whether or not I got the job. I was really looking forward to potentially working at Redirect Health, but if this is how they treat people that’s a real shame.
I sat in their Phoenix office and watched a video on their core values and those values were not on display during the end of this process. Ghosting candidates who put time and effort into the interview process should 100% be against their core values. The company even reposted the Content Strategist position twice during an active hiring cycle.
I read on Glassdoor someone else who also applied for the Strategist role around the same time as me had the exact same negative experience I did. This isn’t how a company should conduct business.
