Interview
The interview process was efficient, informative and thorough. I was given the opportunity to meet multiple members of the organisation to understand different angles of the business and my role in it. There was a great balance of job role, reward and growth discussed throughout the process and extra consideration given to my personal circumstances.
The interview process was very thorough and included several stages which aimed to highlight a variety of different skills and experiences. The interview took place both online and in person.
