Interview
The interview process took place in May/June 2021, and took about 4 weeks from first contact to receiving an offer.
There were 3 rounds of interviews, with the final round consisting of a maths test, a critical reasoning test, and preparing and presenting a data presentation to the co-founder of Redkite.
The feedback from the Redkite recruitment team was swift after each stage, and they were great at answering questions, especially Sandra!
Telephone interview then a video interview with three people. Lastly a case study where I had to put together a deck to show my findings based on a data set

Interview
The interview process with Redkite consisted of an initial call, two 1-1 interviews, a numeracy test, a critical reasoning test and a final case study presentation. The interviews and assessments seem to be there to thoroughly assess technical, consulting and people skills.
After each stage, Redkite were quick to respond with feedback and next steps.
