Round 1 : Pathetic
Round2 : easy and Pathetic, interviewer openly said he need my help in creating one ppt and asked for pointers for his ppt.
Round 3: use less and Pathetic.
It's a decades old company trying to reinvent with fresh leadership. But totally uncapable group they have in leadership.
The whole process is taking more than 46 days, yet, the recruiter only responds whenever he want calendar slots for additional rounds and then disappears.
Zero clarity despite multiple followup, waste of time and energy.
They are trying to hire and hyderabad and remove mumbai facility.
There is no structure or discipline to the process. The whole process lacked communication from the ta team..
I have zero trust to consider even if I get the offer.
