First I sent in a pdf of my portfolio, then had one interview over Skype. The interview itself was very brief, roughly 15 minutes. The interview consisted of three designers. We went through my portfolio, discussed my strengths and interests as a designer, then they had me explain why I chose Reebok. It took two weeks after sending my portfolio to hear back about an interview. Then another two weeks after the interview to receive an offer.
