Had an interview with HR, who said I was a strong fit. Never heard from the company again, despite asking for news directly to the person who interviewed me.
In my experience, this sort of unprofessional behavior almost always shows that there's a dysfunctional culture inside the company.
It's also ironic, since apparently, the company started on the mental health sector.

Interview with Hiring Manager. 2-4 Hour Project that they pay you for. 1 Hour To Present Project. Panel Interview. It was efficient, about one interview a week. I didn't always feel like I had the full amount of information to prepare.
