No show, then ghosted: Initially had a nice screen with the recruiter. He proceeded to book my interview with the hiring manager (CPO) in the same call. However, the hiring manager did not show up for our initial meeting, and the call was early in the morning. I had emailed them both to check in and see if they wanted to reschedule. The recruiter responded promptly and apologized and said that he would reschedule it. Was finally able to meet with the hiring manager. At the end of the chat he said that I should meet with some of the team. However, I have not heard from them since, even after a follow-up. A little communication would go a long way. Not a great intro into the company culture or the operations environment.
