Interview
Very quick and personal one on one conversation with the manager. I worked at a very small theater so, my interview did not last more than 30 minutes and was hosted in the lobby on a slow day. The theater itself is very hard to find and took many trips around the mall to find the location.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
