Process took a week, got a call to come in for an interview. Interview was pretty average and chill, asked a few scenario questions, past employment, why I wanted to work there. Which positions did I prefer. Had to had a letter of recommendation in order to get past the interview process, and then I got a call with an offer.

How would you handle guest complaints? Name a time where you had to juggle multiple problems and how you solved them.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
