I had 1 phone screen and then met 3 people in person. It seemed it took a while to schedule. All persons were very professional and friendly. When I arrived, the site was impressive and the place had a very nice atmosphere.

Basic interview questions. Nothing you wouldn't expect.
Recruiters try to keep you at the lowest title and pay level. They say that title is non-negotiable. The roles are posted for a very long time. Hiring managers have been there for years but the candidates who interview have higher degrees and are up to date on the latest skills so they find you to be a threat. Then you are ghosted. I learned that growth takes years. I appears to be a toxic environment.

Phone screen, hiring manager interview, interview panel. It took 10 weeks start to finish, which was longer than I would have liked. Everyone was friendly and punctual, and they communicated throughout the process to keep me engaged

Not very difficult or anything out of the norm. I had several 30 min interviews for the job all at different times in the same day. Overall a good interview process
