First had a phone interview (around 10 min) with the HR (specially a talent acquisition specialist). Since that went well, we moved on to panel interviews. This was through MS teams. On the day itself, I had a short meeting with the HR (recruiter) where I clarified the job responsibilities, benefits, and which shifts I was willing to take. After that I had four different interviews that lasted about 30 mins each. You would meet with people in progressively higher management roles in the department. What was nice was that they all started with the BPS role. All the interviewers were friendly. You could tell that they were mostly following a set of questions to answer, but they were still very conversational and came up with additional questions on the spot. I was given the offer but I declined because the area was too far. I have also lived in a city my entire life so moving to Rensselaer or even Albany would be too difficult of an adjustment for me, personally.

One interviewing over Microsoft teams and one in person consisted of 2 team members and then a aptitude test on site. They were all very welcoming and gave pointers for the test after the interview
