They asked the most standard questions possible. Very easy going and I had two people interview me at the same time. The entire duration I felt very comfortable and found the interview to be over as quickly as it started. Once it was done, they shook my my hand, and gave me a tour of the place, I was hired on spot.

What is a time you had to overcome a failure and what did you do?
A couple assessments then a phone interview followed by a hiring manager interview (in person). It lasted about an hour, very casual and friendly. It was with the branch manager and assistant team lead.

There is an assessment that take 1 hour to do. If you mess it up, you fail. Then, you have to wait 90 days to reapply. What happened to personable interviews? This is nothing more than an unnecessary barrier to entry.
