It was a very slow process, multiple interviews a few weeks apart so it took 2 months to get an offer there is a very difficult online test you must pass to move toward with an interview.
Real life scenarios that involve customer service, financial sales process, and financial wellbeing. Asking questions to understand how you would handle different situations. Some of the questions revolve around strengths and weaknesses.

Interview
There was a series of interviews during the process, with specific questions so that each candidate has the same experience. There was a lot of interaction and the interviewers kept it friendly and professional.
